There is someone in the forum that have upgrade the firmware of JC100 and have comumication with platform and can see too pictures and videos?
The firmware from gurtam forJC100 doesn't work in my equipment JC100, with original firmware have comunication but I can't see pictures and videos, but with the firmware from gurtam V4.0 doesn't have.comunication with platform of gurtam, I'm using the server 193.193.165.165:21607, please could you help me?

Buenos dias, lo que pude hacer con el fabricante es que me enviaron el firmware de fabrica y el JC100 volvió a la normalidad, ya se podian enviar SMS y el equipo contestaba los SMS con "OK", no se si es quecon el firmware de gurtam no se le pueden enviar mas SMS, y que tendria que enviar la direccion del.servidor de gurtam (server#666666#193.193.165.165#21607)
Hola, ya pude descargar el firmware en el JC100, peroahora veo que si llamoal numerode la tarjeta Sim no me salela llamada, parece como apagado, ademas al enviar un mensaje de texto no me da respuesta (OK)

I tried to upgrade the firmware for Gurtam to JC100 but I didn't have a good response. I'm using I think the good procedure in a computer with Win 7, I check with the vysor and have good conection, but when I use SP_Flash_ tool, choose the right firmware file put "Upgrade Firmware and after Download I conect cable Male USB to computer and after conect with ten pins conector and after ACC to B+ and for last conect the power, after this the firmware doesn't want to star. Please tell me whatcan I do
